Split-Level Apartment including approximatley 950 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Monthly rent for this unit is $950 with an initial deposit of $950.
Single-Level Apartment including approximatley 950 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Monthly rent for this unit is $1,250 with an initial deposit of $1,250.

Tenancy requires a one-year lease. Parking spaces are included with each rental. Smoking is not allowed in any apartment units. Small pets under 20 lbs are allowed with an additional $500 rental deposit.
